Warranty Information:

Studio RTA warrants to the Original Purchaser that this product will be free from defects in its material and workmanship as described below. The Studio RTA company will repair or replace, at its option, without charge to the original purchaser only, defective products or parts during the following warranty periods.
Ten (10) years or (Thirty days (30) on closeouts and discounted products) while owned by the Original Purchaser... Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable.
This warranty shall be effective for the applicable time period beginning from date of purchase as shown on your original sales receipt. This warranty is your sole remedy for product defects and excludes defects due to or arising in connection with product abuse or misuse, use modification of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or installed in accordance with the company's installation, maintenance and/or applicable guidelines.
There are no other warranties, express or implied other than those specifically described, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. The company will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. The company will advise you of the procedure to follow in making warranty claims.
Telephone Studio RTA at 1-800-445-1527 to explain the defect and give your name, address, and telephone number. Please be prepared with the model number of the product, date and place of purchase.

RTA-Furniture-Online.com reserves the right to provide replacement parts or replacement items for any damaged part or piece of furniture to fulfill the customers original order. If damaged orders are canceled they will be subject to the guidelines of the return & cancellation policy and be assessed a minimum of a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees both ways.

Return Merchandise:

DO NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE TO rta-furniture-online.com. Return requests will be accepted up until 15 days after your receipt.

To return an item call Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-683-9393 and request a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns must have a return number highly visible on the exterior of the package. Merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and credit will be issued for merchandise that can be resold as new. Refunds will not be made on merchandise that is fully or partially assembled. Authorized returns will be credited in full less a minimum of a 20% manufacturers restocking fee and s/h.

Backorder Policy:

Orders must be paid in full prior to them being sent to the warehouse for shipment. If a product is on backorder or becomes on backorder after the order has been placed you will be sent an email with the current backorder status of your order. Paid orders have first priority of being shipped out once the backordered item is back in stock. If you have more than one item on your order the entire order will be held until everything is available. You can request that the available items be shipped out now and the backordered item when it becomes available. However, there are additional shipping charges to ship partial orders.

Manufacturers Restocking Fee:

A minimum 20% restocking fee is imposed by the manufacturer, or their authorized distributor on merchandise returned.

Return of merchandise will not be accepted without prior written consent and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer freight collect. Closeout, discontinued, and surplus merchandise may not be returned.

Shipping instructions will be provided, if authorized by the manufacturer or their representative.

What if I cancel my order?:

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your order prior to MasterCard & Visa's processing you will incur no cancellation fee. However any order that is cancelled after your MC/Visa has been processed you will incur a 5% processing fee to cover that fee MC/Visa charges us. Discover & American Express are exempt from cancellation fees.

All prices listed are correct to the best of our knowledge, although every effort has been made, we reserve the right to alter these prices without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any incorrect posted on-line prices.
